This position manages an apartment community (or communities) with the goal of maximizing operating performance of the community (or communities). This position will monitor financial and business dealings of the community, routinely monitor community’s adherence to budget and addresses area of variance; monitor leasing status reports, leasing activity, financial reports, and maintenance logs for adherence to community fiscal and occupancy goals. This position reviews, investigates (as needed), and resolves resident issues; routinely inspects community buildings, grounds and vacated apartments in order to maintain high quality appearance and product, create with management long-term capital asset development plan. This position directs and coordinates activities of maintenance/grounds staff, housekeeping staff, and leasing staff; reviews and approves all prospective resident applications and credit reports, insuring equitable match to leasing credit criteria.
In this challenging role, the ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional and customer service oriented! The candidate will manage 2-5 subordinate supervisors, who may supervise a total of 8 or more employees; promote positive working relationships with and among company employees, carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, develops and coordinates a motivated community staff team through effective personnel management, handle all personnel matters for community staff including interviewing, hiring, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing issues and resolving problems, seeking as needed and required counsel and final approval from the Area Director.
This position will report to the Leasing Manager and Community Manager and is the main point of contact with perspective residents and current residents. Their goal is to assist our Leasing Managers in their marketing and leasing efforts.
In addition, the Leasing Consultant also is responsible for effectively engaging and interacting with each visitor and resident, successfully showcasing the benefits of the community, effectively closing each rental agreement, and problem solving any issues with current residents. The Leasing Consultant is also a brand advocate for the community; they will perform outreach marketing efforts to spread community awareness.

This part time position will lease apartments, complete general office work, answer phones and assist with current residents. Must be able to live on site, work flexible hours during the week and weekend.

This position will report to the Chief Facilities Officer. The Facilities Manager provides direction and support to the people and properties within an assigned portfolio. Leading through DTN’s Core Values, the Facilities Manager will ensure that each asset is maintained to DTN standards. The Facilities Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the facilities team supporting each property within assigned portfolio have the support and training necessary to maintain the physical condition of each property, ensure customer needs are met and each property is meeting all requirements all local, state and federal requirements for licensing and safety.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supervising facilities of a diverse portfolio or properties including residential homes, multi family structures, high-rise multifamily and commercial properties. College degree of equivalent job experience with formal training in facilities management required.
This position will report to the maintenance supervisor and property manager. Responsible for keeping apartments and community buildings in clean and orderly condition, tends to furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, appliances, plumbing, and hot water heaters. Also maintains and repairs equipment, physical structures, plumbing and electrical systems in residential apartment communities.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional and customer service oriented! Previous experience in maintenance is essential for this position.
This position will report to the maintenance supervisor and property manager. Employee in this position will plant grass, flowers, shrubs (as needed), water lawn and shrubs, prune shrubs and trees; rake/blow and bag leaves, clean grounds and remove litter, clean out drainage ditches and culverts; monitors and maintains all outside property lighting, safety, curb and covered parking fixtures, replace light bulbs and remove broken glass, etc. Notify supervisor and/or management of possible malfunctions. Clean snow and debris from sidewalks and driveways; spread salt on public passageways, maintain salt supply; repair and maintain fences, gates, outbuildings, curbs. As community conditions require, post on doors and/or distribute flyers to residents; provide support to maintenance and pool staff as needed.
