DTN provides full on-site maintenance for every asset we own or manage. Our residents are number one – and knowing that, we take pride in providing excellent customer service in the fastest time possible. All aspects of properties are kept to the highest possible standards of quality both inside and out. We employ grounds and maintenance technicians of various skill levels, and maintenance supervisors. DTN provides regular training, giving every person the opportunity to expand their skills and grow their career. All maintenance technicians are required to become HVAC certified. Monthly training is also provided on various issues including appliance repair, plumbing, safe handling of mold and water damage and more. DTN also participates in the Property Management Association and sends staff to training offered through the PMAM each year as well. Maintenance supervisors place an emphasis on providing a supportive team environment that allows for mentoring of employees. They also work closely as part of the property management team to provide the best possible customer service, budget control, and sales support.
