"I am an international graduate student at MSU and have been staying at Olde Farm Apartments for the 4th year now! This is a great place to live. It is affordable, the location is great and very near to campus, the grocery stores are also very nearby, the amenities are fulfilling too! The management is very friendly and responsive as well. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly. It is hard to get all of these combinations met all at once! Overall, a fine place both for families as well as single individuals! I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to check this place out."

"The experience with Olde Farm was great from the start. I had been apartment hunting in the area for a while and I Ray'chelle W was by far the most competent leasing consultant I came in contact with. After my application was approved, she and Esther S guided me through the move-in process in a very organized and professional manner. I haven't had very many maintenance issues, but when I have, the community manager, Josh F., has been at my door ready to remedy the issue much faster than one would expect - especially given how minor the issues were. It's a pretty quiet community, which makes it a great option for professionals who want to live in E.L., but don't want to feel like they are living on campus. Having access to the Arbor Glen clubhouse is another bonus. While I haven't taken advantage of the pool or study rooms, and have spent limited time in the workout area, the free coffee has definitely saved me a lot of money."

Aside from general ware and tear on cabinets and such, everything is in pretty good condition with no major maintenance needs. Very thick walls provide a very quiet environment. Only the windows really allow sound travel from outside. The management team is also very friendly, professional, and quick to respond! Overall just wonderful and highly reccomend!"

"I've lived here for two years and would continue to do so if I could. Great value, the neighborhood is quiet, a short walk to the route 26 bus, DTN staff has always been extremely accomodating. The maintenance is extremely quick and the overall feel for the neighborhood is very safe. Lots of attic space, the patio's are nice to have (although pretty buggy in the summer), and the covered parking is fantastic in the winter. I love living here and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet location to live near such a large (and sometimes loud) school. The only drawback I had was unaware of access to a washer and dryer during my stay, but there is a laundromat that is very nice (The Point) about a 10 minute drive away."
