For many years, DTN has been its own developer for student housing projects as well as mixed use projects in the Greater Lansing area. Through our development & construction division, we work with both local and national partners throughout the development and construction process, bringing the best local knowledge and resources together with national financial partners and architects. Additionally, we own and operate our own construction company that has built all of our most recent projects.
Aspen Lakes Estates in Holt is a $76,000,000 mixed use PUD (Planned Unit Development) consisting of single family homes, luxury owner-occupied condos, rental apartments and commercial / professional office buildings still to be developed.
The Hamptons of Meridian & Waterbury Place on the corner of Mount Hope and Hagadorn in Okemos. This $13,250,000 project is also mixed use with a 25,000 sqft of professional and retail space and a mix of 2, 3 & 4 person luxury apartments.
In addition to these recently completed projects, our Development & Construction group has a number of projects under construction and is also partnering with Orion Development & Construction to design and build new projects.
The Vista at The Heights of Eastwood is a $16,000,000 mixed use project in Lansing Township which will have approximately 10,000 square feet of retail spaces on the first floor. Four stories of contemporary luxury apartments above - and was designed by Humphreys & Associates.
Arena Place in downtown Grand Rapids is a $50,000,000 mixed use project with over 125,000 sqft of professional office and retail space, along with 100 luxury apartment units serving the downtown Grand Rapids market.
The Quarry is a $30,000,000 residential community DeWitt, Michigan, which when complete will have nearly 300 apartment homes.
DTN also currently holds 1,000 acres of land across Delhi Township, Alaiedon Township and DeWitt Township, with development concepts underway.
