DTN leasing offices are high energy environments that offer a variety of tasks throughout the day. In any given day you may provide tours to potential customers, work with current residents, and put all your communication skills to the ultimate test by reaching out to people by phone, social media, and more. You will also have many opportunities to work directly and have fun with residents during community events. This position will report to the Leasing Manager and Community Manager and is the main point of contact with perspective residents and current residents. Their goal is to assist our Leasing Managers in their marketing and leasing efforts.
In addition, the Leasing Consultant also is responsible for effectively engaging and interacting with each visitor and resident, successfully showcasing the benefits of the community, effectively closing each rental agreement, and problem solving any issues with current residents. The Leasing Consultant is also a brand advocate for the community; they will perform outreach marketing efforts to spread community awareness.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional and customer service oriented! Effective sales and multi-tasking skills are also required in this challenging role.
This part time position will lease apartments, complete general office work, answer phones and assist with current residents. Must be able to live on site, work flexible hours during the week and weekend.
The ideal candidate will be responsible, self-motivated, able to multi-task and have a positive can-do attitude.
