"I have made complaints to DTN in the past about the issue with my room and the smell that comes whenever I would shower, use the washing machine, or use both at the same time. Previous management did nothing about this and would only send out maintenance and maintenance would tell me an outside contract would come to, but they never did. I haven't used the washing machine or shower in my unit since yesterday morning and now, at 2:00 PM, my room smells. The new maintenance manager came over a few weeks ago and told me to not use the washing machine and shower at the same time, which I think is ridiculous. There is clearly an issue that DTN is unwilling to fix and I don't understand why. I live here and I shouldn't have to be dealing with this, I have made comments about this many times. The only thing done by maintenance or a contractor was when they put bleach put into the water heater which was an absolute joke because it did nothing and they knew it wouldn't fix the issue, I feel like they just did it so I would stop complaining."
