Hello Residents! 

Please find below information that is specific to your leasing office. If you do not find your leasing office below, please contact your leasing office for assistance by phone or email.


BEFORE YOU MOVE IN

1. Is your lease paperwork complete? If you have outstanding items, please complete prior to move in day to keep your process quick and easy that day.
2. Did you submit your first payment? If not, please submit as soon as possible in order to avoid move in delays. Online payments can be made via your resident account.
3. Need help with your resident account? You should have received the information you needed via email to register for your account. Check out www.dtnmgt.com/payments for FAQs.
4. Are you required to put any utilities into your name prior to move in? Review your lease agreement and make sure any utilities are taken care of prior to coming to pick up your key. Please bring your confirmation number or account set up verification with you.
5. Bring your government issued ID and car registration (if applicable) with you to pick up your key.

RENTER'S INSURANCE

At our communities, Renter's Insurance is mandatory. If you have renter's insurance, please review the Rental Insurance Addendum for requirements to list Landlord as an "interested party."
