DTN Perks is FREE for participating businesses! Our perks program provides your business with free exclusive advertisement to over 10,000 residents. We ask that your deal be exclusive for DTN Residents to reward their business loyalty in a way that stands out for both your business and ours.

NOTE: By submitting a deal, you agree to the following: I agree to run a special exclusive to the DTN Perks from this date until released with a 30-day written notice of termination. I am held responsible for educating the staff of this establishment to the fullest extent of the said special, including changes thereafter.
  • DTN residents have exclusive access to Perks deals through their resident account or DTN Management App, ensuring that deals are secure.

  • How do residents redeem deals? A few ways - the most common way is to have the resident show the deal in their resident account. You may also provide a coupon code for online deals.

  • At this time, we cannot accommodate expiring deals.

  • All DTN residents are eligible to redeem a Perk deal, regardless of the community they reside in.
