(Original article on Lansing City Pulse) LANSING — In September, we launched our 2023 Top of the Town contest by wondering if friendly aliens were to visit Greater Lansing, what would they think was the best we have to offer in what has grown to 338 categories — almost everything imaginable in dining, shopping, services, people, hangouts and more.

Well, the grateful visitors have returned to their home planet after making their voices heard — and so have you. After more than 20,000 of you registered and cast 247,000 votes, we’re finally ready to reveal all of your winners and top threes to the world.
